With widespread experience in hotel, restaurant, bar and café operations, cena’s consultants and trainers can provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your business.

Based in Sheffield but providing national coverage, our broad client base ranges from small independent businesses through to multiple-site groups; from cafés and restaurants through to the care and education sectors.

James Ellerby (FCMI MIC MIH) is the owner and principal management consultant for cena. With over 19 years of experience in the industry, spanning both sides of the Atlantic, James has worked for independent, national and international companies across the hotel, restaurant and cafe sectors of the hospitality industry. With a degree in hospitality business management, as well as being an accredited trainer and associate university lecturer, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the businesses he works with.
