Case Study: The Croft Hotel

The Croft Hotel is a grade II listed hotel, comprising of 20 guest bedrooms, the Croft Gastropub, The Croft Tea Rooms and banqueting facilities for 200 guests. The hotel recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, under the direction of new owners and management.

Cena were brought in by the new management team to conduct hotel-wide operational audits and provide guidance on business improvements. Analysis covered all hotel departments including the bar and restaurant, kitchens, front office and housekeeping.
