Options Group is an organisation with over 25 sites, spanning across England and Wales. The group is made up of several different companies which provide residential care for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder; and also children, young people and adults with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.

A full and thorough audit of all sites was implemented to identify existing processes and standards across the group, identifying specific client needs, best practice and areas for improvement. A bespoke food safety system was then developed to meet the particular needs of the client, whilst ensuring effective and practical due diligence was maintained. cena then provided the necessary training to all sites, from senior management to food handlers, in order to ensure effective and successful implementation.

On-going monitoring and support for the group has been provided on a quarterly basis to ensure continual, successful implementation.
